Important Notice

Elish Financial Services LLC is licensed and regulated by the UAE Capital Market Authority (CMA), formerly the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), under Licence No. 20200000446 to conduct the regulated activities of Introduction and Promotion.

Elish Financial Services LLC does not provide investment advice or financial consultation, assess the suitability or appropriateness of financial products, execute client transactions, provide brokerage services, manage client portfolios or hold client funds.

Financial products and services promoted or introduced through Elish are provided by the relevant regulated financial services provider under its own regulatory authorisation and subject to its own terms, risk disclosures and client-onboarding requirements. Any decision to use or invest in such a product or service is yours alone and should be made only after reviewing the provider’s documentation and, where appropriate, obtaining independent professional advice.

1. General Investment Risks

All investments carry risk. The value of investments and any income derived from them can fall as well as rise, and you may not get back the amount originally invested. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

2. Market and Liquidity Risks

Financial markets can be volatile and unpredictable. Prices of securities and other financial instruments may fluctuate rapidly and significantly due to economic, political, regulatory or market events. Some investments may be illiquid or difficult to sell at a fair price, particularly during periods of market stress.

3. Provider, Counterparty and Operational Risks

Financial products and services promoted or introduced by Elish are provided by separate regulated financial services providers under their own regulatory authorisations. Users may therefore be exposed to the counterparty, credit, operational, cybersecurity and service-continuity risks associated with the relevant provider.

Elish does not guarantee the performance or solvency of any provider or the performance of any promoted financial product. Before entering into any arrangement, you should review the provider’s regulatory status, contractual terms, risk disclosures and applicable client-protection arrangements.

Nothing in this Risk Disclosure excludes or limits Elish’s responsibility for complying with its own applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Leverage and Derivatives

Derivatives and leveraged financial instruments involve a high degree of risk. Leverage can magnify both gains and losses, and relatively small market movements may result in substantial losses. Depending on the product, the provider’s terms and any applicable client-protection requirements, losses may equal or exceed the amount initially invested or deposited.

You should not enter into a leveraged or derivative transaction unless you fully understand its operation, costs, margin requirements and potential losses and are able to bear the associated financial risk.

5. Regulatory and Jurisdictional Risks

Laws, regulations and regulatory protections differ between jurisdictions and may change over time. A product or service available in one jurisdiction may not be permitted or available in another.

The relevant provider may be authorised outside the United Arab Emirates. The protections, complaint procedures, compensation arrangements and insolvency safeguards applicable to that provider may differ from those available under UAE law. Elish’s CMA licence does not extend to or guarantee the products, services or conduct of another regulated provider.

You should review the relevant provider’s regulatory status and determine whether you are legally permitted to use the relevant product or service in your jurisdiction.

6. Currency Risk

Where a financial product, account or transaction is denominated in a currency different from your reference currency, exchange-rate movements may increase or reduce the value of your investment, returns, withdrawals or liabilities.

7. Fees and Costs

Fees, commissions, spreads, financing charges, currency-conversion costs and other expenses may reduce returns or increase losses. You should review and understand all applicable charges disclosed by the relevant financial services provider before entering into a transaction.

8. Technology and Electronic Trading Risk

Online and electronic financial services may be affected by system failures, connectivity problems, cybersecurity incidents, data errors, execution delays or other technical disruptions. These events may affect access to accounts, pricing, communications or the ability to place, modify or close transactions.

9. No Personal Recommendation

Any market or regulatory information published on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, a personal recommendation, financial consultation, an offer to execute a transaction, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial product.

10. Seek Independent Advice

Before making any investment or financial decision, you should seek advice from an appropriately authorised financial adviser, legal professional or tax adviser who is familiar with your individual circumstances and objectives.
